Student Activities
STUDENTS have the opportunity to be involved in weekly activities that provide fellowship and a welcome break from the rigors of work and courses. The east Tennessee area offers a variety of attractions including the Great Smoky Mountains and the Cumberland Mountains as well as numerous opportunities for hiking, picnicking, and sightseeing.

Sadie Hawkins
A favorite activity each fall is the annual 鈥淪adie Hawkins鈥 event, which gives everyone聽an opportunity to dress in southern hillbilly聽garb聽and engage in scavenger hunting, turkey shoot, and the greased pig race.聽The evening includes a聽hillbilly meal, skits, and wraps up with cider 鈥榥 smores around the campfire.
Valentine Banquet
The annual Valentine Banquet each February is聽a formal dinner and includes games and skits by聽students and their dates, music, and the evening鈥檚 highlight 鈥撀爐he annual official Valentine Banquet video.
Intercollegiate Sports
精东影业 competes聽in the USCAA聽intercollegiate men鈥檚 soccer and basketball, and women鈥檚聽volleyball. Students also compete in intramural dormitory tournaments聽in both basketball and volleyball.
Gatlinburg Lights
精东影业 is located just聽an hour from Gatlinburg. Activities are planned that give students the聽opportunity to enjoy fellowship and fun at a variety of events and venues, such as viewing the Christmas Lights each year.
